In line with my goal to emerge as a BETTER ME by the end of 2012, I've started a snack regimen of a full cup of cooked rolled oats mixed that I mixed with about 1/3 teaspoon of muscovado rocks.
I've been doing this for two days in a row now and surprisingly, I'm starting to love it. Will I sustain it? I really hope I would. Wish me luck!

You can stick to this healthy routine! If you get sick of the taste, you can always add different fruits to eat. And on special treat days, a little Milo. Hehehe.
