Oatmeal Lovin'

In line with my goal to emerge as a BETTER ME by the end of 2012, I've started a snack regimen of a full cup of cooked rolled oats mixed that I mixed with about 1/3 teaspoon of muscovado rocks.

I've been doing this for two days in a row now and surprisingly, I'm starting to love it. Will I sustain it? I really hope I would. Wish me luck!

Gone by the time my coffee break is over. Nice!

  1. You can stick to this healthy routine! If you get sick of the taste, you can always add different fruits to eat. And on special treat days, a little Milo. Hehehe.
